Return & Exchange Policy

At The Shop Swift, we want you to have a hassle-free shopping experience. We offer a size exchange and damaged product replacement policy, but we do not accept product or color exchanges. If your item doesn’t fit or arrives damaged, you can request an exchange by emailing us at support@theshopswift.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange Guidelines:

✔️ One-time exchange per order is allowed.
✔️ Customers must self-ship the item within 24-48 hours of receiving it. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
✔️ Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in original packaging. If the item doesn’t meet these conditions, the exchange will be denied, and the item will be returned at the customer’s expense.
✔️ If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit voucher will be issued, valid for 12 months.
✔️ Free-size items, swimwear, bodysuits, loungewear, and lingerie are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
✔️ Sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

For Damaged or Defective Items:

📸 Customers must share unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery for verification. A replacement will be issued for the same product.
❌ Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If:

❌ The return request exceeds the allowed 48-hour time frame.
❌ The item belongs to the non-returnable/non-exchangeable category.
❌ The return request is submitted without prior approval.
❌ The product is damaged due to misuse, such as stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or washing powder residue.
❌ The item is returned with poor packaging (e.g., taping directly over the product).

What Is NOT Considered a Product Fault?

• Minor color variations from product photos.

• Slight differences in design, such as print/lace arrangements.

• Small size variations (within ±3 cm).

• Minor imperfections, like loose threads or crease marks.

• Customer’s personal opinion on quality or preference.

• Unavailability of a desired size at the time of ordering.
